Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19/10/2026

These Terms & Conditions explain how we supply products through nomore-pests.co.uk and the conditions for using our website. Please read them before placing an order and retain a copy for your records.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business identified above. References to “you” and “your” mean the person or business using our website or purchasing our products.

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to purchases made through our website by consumers and business customers.

You are a consumer if you are an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. You are a business customer if you are purchasing for business purposes.

Certain rights described below apply only to consumers. Having a trade account does not, by itself, remove consumer rights where a purchase qualifies as a consumer transaction.

Any additional terms for a particular product, promotion or trade account will be provided before you enter into the relevant agreement.

Installation and pest-control services, where offered, require a separate quotation and service agreement. Buying a product does not include installation unless this is expressly stated.

3. Placing an order

Please check your items, quantities, delivery address and contact details before submitting an order.

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance.

We accept your order when we send a despatch confirmation or, for collection orders, confirmation that your goods are ready to collect. A contract is formed at that point for the products identified in that confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may be unable to fulfil an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing error needs resolving, or required eligibility checks have not been completed. We will notify you and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Where an excluding-VAT price is also displayed, it will be identified separately.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment is required using one of the methods offered at checkout, unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing.

If we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you with the correct price. You may choose to proceed at that price or cancel for a refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Price changes do not alter the price of an order already accepted.

5. Product information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and images. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, and packaging may change from time to time. These differences will not alter the agreed specification or your right to receive goods as described.

Please check the product’s dimensions, intended use, application requirements and suitability before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing a product.

Where you explain a particular purpose to us and reasonably rely on our recommendation, your statutory rights relating to suitability remain unaffected.

6. Safe and lawful use

Pest-control products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with their labels, instructions and applicable legal restrictions.

Before use, read all warnings and any relevant safety data sheet. Follow requirements relating to protective equipment, application, storage and disposal. Keep products away from children, pets and non-target wildlife as directed.

General website advice does not replace product-specific instructions or an assessment of the circumstances in which a product will be used.

Pest-control results can depend on the species, infestation, environment and correct application. We do not promise complete or permanent eradication unless expressly stated for a particular product. This does not affect any product description, express guarantee or statutory obligation.

7. Professional-use and restricted products

Some products are intended exclusively for professional users or professional users with demonstrated competence.

You must meet the eligibility requirements for the product you purchase. Where required, we will ask for evidence of training, competence, certification or other authorisation before accepting or releasing an order. Your purchase of these products is your accepetance that you have the relevant qualifications and can provide copies upon request.

Opening a trade account does not automatically establish eligibility to buy restricted products.

We may withhold supply while necessary checks are completed. If eligibility cannot be established, we will cancel the affected items and refund any payment taken for them.

8. Wildlife and installation responsibilities

The purchase of bird-control products, traps, netting or other pest-control equipment does not provide permission to carry out an activity that is otherwise restricted by law.

You must ensure that your intended use complies with applicable wildlife protection, animal welfare and licensing requirements. These requirements may differ between countries and parts of the UK.

Before installing products, check for wildlife, nesting activity, site hazards and any permissions required. Seek appropriately qualified advice where needed.

Products must be installed and maintained safely and in accordance with their instructions.

9. Delivery and collection

Available delivery services, charges, geographical restrictions and estimated times are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and during checkout.

Any same-day despatch statement is an aim, subject to stock availability, order cut-off times, operating days and completion of any required checks. Despatch is not the same as delivery.

For consumer orders, we will deliver within the agreed period or, if no period has been agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order.

We accept no responsibility whatsoever for circumstances arising from the failure of the carrier to deliver goods or to deliver by an agreed time. Where it can be proved that the carrier was at fault, the only compensation that can be paid will be the costs of the carriage.

Any discrepancies with goods delivered must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. No replacement goods will be issued outside of this time frame.

Any damage caused by couriers must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and to No More Pests within 24 hours.

Any orders not received must be reported to No More Pests within a 14 day period. Outside of this time, No More Pests cannot accept any responsibility for lack of delivery.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and tell us promptly about any mistake.

For consumers, goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession. Different rules may apply if you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

Collection is available only by prior arrangement. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

Deliveries outside our standard service area require agreement. Product authorisations and transport restrictions may prevent supply to some destinations.

10. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer buying online, you can normally cancel your order without giving a reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. Where goods in one order are delivered separately, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item.

You may also cancel before delivery.

To cancel, contact us using the details in section 1 with a clear statement of your decision. Please include your name and order number where available. You may use the cancellation form at the end of these terms, but this is optional.

You do not need our permission to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

11. Returning goods after cancellation

Please contact us for a return authorisation. After notifying us of cancellation, send the goods back within 14 days to:

14-16 Broadwater St W, Broadwater, Worthing BN14 9DA

Please package goods securely and retain evidence of return. Using the original packaging where reasonably possible helps protect the goods, but it is not an absolute condition of your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return where we have told you this before purchase. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide the return cost, or a reasonable estimate, before you order.

Contact us for safe return arrangements for chemicals, aerosols or other restricted goods. Do not send dangerous goods using a service that prohibits them. Requesting return instructions does not replace or delay your cancellation notice.

12. Refunds following consumer cancellation

If you cancel the whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under these cancellation provisions.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them, whichever happens first. We will then refund you within 14 days. If we have offered to collect the goods, we will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

We do not charge a restocking fee for statutory consumer cancellations. Where the law permits, we may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

13. Exceptions to change-of-mind cancellation

The statutory cancellation right does not apply to certain goods, including goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This may include bespoke netting manufactured to measurements you provide. An item is not automatically bespoke merely because it is ordered from a supplier or selected from standard options.

Other statutory exceptions will apply only where their legal conditions are met and will be explained before purchase where relevant.

A product is not automatically excluded from cancellation simply because it is a chemical or its packaging has been opened.

These exceptions do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or develops a fault. Providing your order details, a description and photographs where useful will help us investigate.

Consumers are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for their agreed purpose and as described.

If goods do not meet these requirements, you normally have a short-term right to reject them within 30 days of delivery, subject to the applicable legal rules. After this, repair or replacement rights may apply, followed in appropriate circumstances by a price reduction or final rejection.

We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet the contract.

An original receipt is not essential if you can provide other reasonable proof of purchase. Manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights against us.

A request to report damage promptly does not impose a shorter deadline on your statutory rights.

15. Business customers and trade accounts

Trade accounts, discounts and credit facilities are subject to approval and any written account agreement.

Where approved, 30-day credit terms apply as specified in your account agreement or invoice. Otherwise, payment is required before despatch.

Business customers do not have the statutory consumer cooling-off right. Returns of correctly supplied, non-faulty business purchases require our agreement. Any agreed return conditions or charges will be confirmed in writing before the return.

This does not remove rights or remedies that a business customer has for faulty goods, incorrect supply or another breach of contract.

Changes to trade pricing or credit facilities apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change accepted orders.

16. Offers and price matching

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the eligibility requirements, dates and conditions stated when advertised.

Our Price Match Guarantee operates under the conditions published on the relevant website page at the time of your request. Please contact us with the competing offer before placing your order.

We will honour a price match once it has been verified and agreed. Promotional changes do not affect orders already accepted.

17. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for damage to the extent that it is caused by misuse, failure to follow appropriate instructions or an installation carried out incorrectly by someone for whom we are not responsible.

This does not exclude responsibility for defective goods, incorrect instructions or advice for which we are legally responsible.

18. Using our website

You must not misuse our website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Website content, branding, photographs and other materials belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and save information for personal use and to manage your purchases. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law.

We may temporarily suspend website access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. This does not affect our obligations under orders already accepted.

19. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including information provided when placing orders, opening accounts and contacting us.

Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies.

20. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email sales@nomore-pests.co.uk or call 01903 385999, providing your order details and an explanation of the issue.

We will investigate and work with you to resolve the matter.

If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint through our internal process, we will provide information about an appropriate alternative dispute resolution provider and explain whether we are willing or required to use that provider.

You remain entitled to pursue any legal remedies available to you.

21. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you place an order applies to that order unless we agree a change with you or a change is required by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in exercising a right does not mean that right has been waived.

22. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules, including the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

For business customers, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
